Are you accepting new patients: Yes.
We do not accept HMO BLUE, but do accept PPO BCBS policies. We accept Harvard; United;
Medicare with Medicaid secondary; BCBS PPO and Indemnity Policies; NHP; Fallon; Cigna and
Aetna insurances.

HYPNOSIS IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. I CAN bill for the counseling portion but I can
not bill the insurance for hypnosis. I do offer a sliding scale for this service if you meet the income
requirements.
Do you take credit cards: Yes. The service I use is paypal. Any charges on your card will read
"CW Therapy". We
Do I need to fill out any paperwork: Yes, prior to our first visit, please print out the necessary
forms for the services you are requesting. Bring the forms with you at the time of your session.
